A film designed to endure, impress, and inspire

Don’t get another generic real estate property video. Lets work together and create a luxury property film that shows people why they should choose you. That’s what I create, work that not only impresses you, but leaves a mark on your clients and the future clients who will see your portfolio.

I plan ahead, study sun paths and weather, and show up with my cinema camera, multiple timelapse rigs, and a cinema-level drone to get the absolute best image quality.

The River Estate, Carmichael, California

The River Estate offered everything you want in a luxury real estate film — east-facing light, waterfront views, and endless atmosphere. We arrived early, placing multiple timelapse cameras to capture sunrise as it moved across the facade and interiors. A group of fly fishermen appeared at the river bend, giving us an unexpected, beautiful moment. We ended the day filming the full autumn moonrise, creating a cinematic, high-end property video that showcased the estate at its best.

Warm Springs Road, Glen Ellen, California

Warm Springs was unforgettable to film. After a rainy pre-shoot visit where I planned angles and tracked the sun’s movement, I arrived before sunrise and set up multiple timelapse cameras. The way the morning light moved through the great room, paired with views of Sonoma Wine Country and Jack London State Park, was incredible. And as the winter sun shifted south, the home lit up all over again, creating another stunning moment through the balcony and great room. The cherry on top was the full moon rising behind the home over Moon Mountain. A spectacular property and an ideal setting for a cinematic luxury real estate tour.

Purvine Road, Petaluma, California

Purvine was one of those shoots that just clicked. A luxury horse ranch with an old barn turned luxury loft, the property was full of character and detail, which aligned perfectly with my approach. We planned for morning light and arrived just after sunrise to capture its warmth across the ranch. Layering in the natural sounds of the horses, birds, and ranch dog gave the final film an authenticity that elevated the entire luxury real estate video. And yes, the horses absolutely stole the spotlight.

Cavedale Road, Glen Ellen, California

Sometimes you have to work hard to find the unique angle in a property – Cavedale was not that home. With vivid red and yellow exteriors and an infinity pool perched over 1,500 feet above Sonoma Valley Wine Country, this place was truly one of a kind. We filmed in the afternoon and into twilight, focusing on the sweeping views, bold architecture, and dramatic dusk light to create a luxury real estate video that speaks to both the agent and the homeowner who designed it.

Half Moon Street, Sonoma, California

Half Moon Street might be my favorite property film-not just because of the home, but because the music paired so perfectly. Choosing the right track is crucial in cinematic real estate filmmaking, and this one was a gem. Calm yet powerful, it carried the peaceful morning footage and built excitement as the day shifted into timelapses, changing light, and twilight. For luxury property films you’ll be showcasing in your portfolio for years, the right music matters – don’t settle for something generic.

The Nest House, Berkeley, California

Bold, dramatic, and architecturally inspired – the Nest House is a one-of-a-kind luxury property. Crafted by a women-led builder and architect team, the home pushes design limits with a floating wing off the great room, epic views, and a striking concrete retaining wall that comes alive with light for 45 minutes each day. Capturing these moments in a cinematic luxury real estate video highlighted the artistry, precision, and vision behind the property.

Redwood Hill Road, Santa Rosa, California

As a Sonoma County native, this hilltop home in Santa Rosa felt personal to shoot. The new construction offers full 360-degree views, with Mt. St. Helena perfectly framed from the property. We filmed from sunrise through golden hour, capturing the changing light across the home and the surrounding landscape, creating a cinematic luxury real estate video that really brings the space and views to life.

Wood Valley Road, Sonoma, California

Wood Valley is one of Sonoma’s most famous residential streets, and I’ve been lucky to film a few incredible homes there. But this property was on another level – two distinct homes on one lot: a clean, modern residence with rich wood tones, and a farmhouse-style home with a water tower and lush garden in between. The changing light was stunning, the details were impeccable, and the natural river flowing at the back of the property added the perfect soundtrack. It was a beautiful day on site, capturing visuals for a cinematic luxury real estate video that truly showcases the space.

Glen Alpine, Piedmont, California

Currently sitting at 1.5 million views on YouTube, this property has truly taken the internet by storm. Named Fairytale Tudor, stepping inside feels like walking into history — a grand, stately home with incredible character. The details mattered here, so I focused on tight compositions to showcase the craftsmanship and architectural elegance, creating a cinematic luxury real estate video that highlights both the scale and the intricate design of the home.

The Walsh Estate, Atherton, California

It was a privilege to film the estate of former Google CEO Eric Schmidt. Most properties in Atherton sit on about an acre – this one spans three, making it essential to showcase the scale and beauty of the land and home. Capturing the architecture, expansive grounds, and natural light allowed me to create a cinematic luxury real estate video that truly reflects the estate’s grandeur. With incredible marketing, the property sold in just a few weeks for over $25 million.

My Luxury Property Videos are crafted like immersive cinematic experiences, not basic walkthroughs. I use 8k cinema cameras, dramatic natural lighting, intentional compositions, 8K drone footage, and handcrafted sound design to create property videos that feel like short films. This elevated approach helps Bay Area luxury listings stand out, attract qualified buyers, and position agents as premium-level marketers.

For high-end and architectural homes in the San Francisco Bay Area, I typically shoot sunrise to sunset in 1 day. This allows me to capture sunrise, golden hour, twilight, and the changing light throughout the day — essential for showcasing luxury estates, vineyards, view homes, and modern architectural builds.
